This Class is a slow down feel good class!! We will work on those sore muscles, flexibility and just releasing all that stress.
In this class we use resistance bands for a fun full body work to an epic playlist!! Each circuit have a different fun song!!
High-intensity interval training is alternating from short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. We will show high impact and low impact movements.
It is often associated with lifting weights. Strength training is so much more. We will use dumbbells and bands to incorporate a variety of calisthenics, isometrics and plyometrics.
