Meet Tracy she has been a certified group fitness instructor with ACE since 2014. She has taught everything from bootcamp, HIIT, and Dance Fitness. She is currently certified in Dance2Fit and Fierce Hip-Hop Fitness. She is a spunky, high energy instructor who loves to see her students grow and gain confidence in themselves.

Overview Of Fitness Classes

  • Stretching and Relaxation: Offered online and in person

This Class is a slow down feel good class!! We will work on those sore muscles, flexibility and just releasing all that stress.

  • Core: Offered Online and in person

Core class will be a slower more focused on strengthening those core muscles. The muscles in your pelvis, lower back and abdomen all make up your core. This will improve your balance, stability and relieve a lot of back issues.

  • Hitt: Offered Online and in person

High-intensity interval training is alternating from short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. We will show high impact and low impact movements.

  • Strength Training: Offered Online and in person

It is often associated with lifting weights. Strength training is so much more. We will use dumbbells and bands to incorporate a variety of calisthenics, isometrics and plyometrics.

  • Cardio Kickboxing: Offered online and in person

The rapid movements of cardio kickboxing improves flexibility, balance and coordination. "Great to reduce stress and frustration."

  • Dance2Fit: Offered Online and in person

Uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. No dance experience is required.
